Registration for UComms is open and available through our registration portal.
Please find below the pricing for UComms’26 registration.
Full registration, early bird rate Until 20 July 610 EUR
550 EUR for IEEE members
530 EUR for IEEE OES members
Full registration, regular rate 21 July onwards 700 EUR
640 EUR for IEEE members
620 EUR for IEEE OES members
Student (full-time) Anytime, with proof of enrolment 350 EUR
Registration includes:
- The conference pack (with softcopy of the proceedings)
- Welcome refreshment, lunch and three coffee breaks each day of the conference
- The ice-breaker event on the evening of August 31st, and
- The conference dinner / social event on the evening of September 3th (NOT INCLUDED IN STUDENT REGISTRATIONS).
Additional conference dinner / social event tickets may also be purchased for accompanying guests.
Student registration submissions must be backed by a document certifying enrollment in a full-time study programme in a relevant field, to be uploaded at registration time. Student registration does not include the conference dinner / social event, a ticket for which may be purchased separately, subject to availability.
IEEE discounted fees will be validated AFTER registration by checking the inserted IEEE number is valid, active, belongs to you. For IEEE OES discounted fees, active registration to IEEE OES will also be verified.
IMPORTANT: Please note that due to constraints related to the venues for the Conference and social dinner, only a maximum of 100 registrations can be accommodated. Make sure you complete your registration as soon as possible, to ensure your seat at UComms’26 is secured.
